Corporate website for the stevedoring company AGRIA that services for receiving and formation of shiploads of grain cargo and processed products.

Project goal

Our team had a goal to develop a non-standard corporate website. This web resource had to present the company's services and focus the target audience’s attention to Agria’s benefits compared to their competitors in the agricultural logistics market.

Solution

WebCase team visited the terminal and interviewed leading employees to gain a better understanding of the company's workflows. As a result, we developed a visual brand identity (logo, brand book, and slogan) and a website that presents the company and its services.

Creating a visual identity

Our team developed a logo and brand book for the company. We chose blue and yellow as the dominant colors. Blue associates with the sea and yellow represents grain. In the company logo, our designer combined an anchor, a wheat ear, and a granary. So, the style elements give an understanding of what the company does right away.

Presentation of services

We knew that “Our Services” page would be among the most popular ones. So we paid special attention during the website development process. For each of the services our designer drew graphic images, instead of using generic photos. Moreover, our frontend developer animated each of these elements using SVG graphics.

Extra features

Agria works not only on the domestic but also on the foreign market. That’s why we enabled multi-language UI, that supports Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Taking into account that prices on the company’s services depend on currency exchange rates, we placed a widget with UAH to USD and EUR rates in the header. Exchange rates update daily via the National Bank’s API.
