We researched the target audience’s needs and implemented a search for apartments on the Moscow metro map. Using publicly available information, our developers implemented an svg-map on the site, including 14 branches and 233 stations. Users can select objects by branches and stations, and apply filters by stations inside the ring.

You can specify exact location coordinates for each real estate object on the website. There is a general map with markers for all the listings on the website and a dedicated map for each object. We implemented this feature with Google Maps API. Users can filter the displayed property by metro stations, the number of rooms, and price.

To make the search for real estate property easy, we added filtering by a number of rooms, price, and other parameters. The filter is dynamic. Users don’t have to reload the page to apply new filters. You can sort the filtered results by price and publishing date.

Since most search queries related to Fix.rent services are very competitive and have a high frequency, we paid special attention to SEO features. We integrated the module we developed for this purpose, called OG SEO. It allows website admins to specify parameters for robot.txt, set an H1 heading, title, description, keywords, canonical URL, and set up snippets for each page.

To ensure that the platform works properly, our team set up API integration with third-party services – Megabas and Smartagent. The system retrieves new real estate listings from these services every hour. To enable payments on the website, we connected to the Tinkoff payment system. You can create a payment link with a personalized price and send to the client’s email from the admin panel.
